What this policy covers

This policy covers your use of beyondaccounts.co.uk. If you become a client, the personal information we handle while acting for you is covered separately by your engagement letter and our professional obligations, including anti-money-laundering law.

Information we collect

  • Discovery form. If you complete the form on our contact page, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, contact details, and information about your business. The form is provided by Weavely, which processes your answers on our behalf.
  • Consultation bookings. If you book a consultation, Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling collects your name, contact details, and chosen time so we can hold the appointment.
  • Direct contact. If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded third-party services — the Weavely discovery form, the Google map, and Google Calendar booking — may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies when you interact with them.

How we use your information

We use the information above to respond to your enquiry, hold consultations you book, and prepare quotes you ask us for — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you go on to engage us, the steps needed to enter a contract. We don’t sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. If you become a client, retention is governed by our engagement terms and legal obligations.
